Condiment Filling Machine Solutions
Five filling technologies — each matched to the viscosity range and production scale of a specific condiment category.
Piston Filling Machine
Ketchup · Mayonnaise · Mustard · Peanut Butter · Chili Paste · Jam
Servo-driven positive-displacement piston for viscous and semi-solid condiments. Handles particulates up to 15mm. Anti-drip shut-off eliminates product waste at the nozzle between fills.
Gravity Filling Machine
Soy Sauce · Vinegar · Fish Sauce · Liquid Seasoning · Cooking Wine
Simple, reliable, and cost-effective for free-flowing thin liquids. Level-sensing valves maintain consistent fill volumes in bottles and jars. No pumps or pistons means minimal maintenance.
Pump Filling Machine
Honey · Salad Dressing · Syrup · BBQ Sauce · Cooking Oil · Oyster Sauce
Peristaltic or gear pump mechanism for adjustable flow-rate filling. Excellent for medium-viscosity condiments that change viscosity with temperature. Self-priming design prevents air pockets.
Rotary Filling Machine
All bottled condiments · High-volume sauce production · Retail condiment lines
Continuous rotary carousel for maximum throughput. Integrates seamlessly with rinser, capper, and labeler on a unified conveyor. PLC-synchronized for zero-gap bottle handling.
Complete Condiment Filling Production Line

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything condiment manufacturers ask before selecting a filling machine.
What types of condiments can your filling machine handle?
Our machines handle the complete condiment spectrum — from water-thin products like vinegar and soy sauce (1 cP) to ultra-thick pastes like peanut butter (100,000 cP). This includes ketchup, chili sauce, mayonnaise, salad dressings, honey, syrups, cooking oil, mustard, BBQ sauce, and any condiment with or without particulates.
Can the machine fill both thick and thin liquids?
Yes, but different mechanisms are optimal for different viscosity ranges. Gravity fillers suit thin liquids (1–500 cP). Pump fillers work for medium viscosity (100–20,000 cP). Piston fillers are best for thick to ultra-viscous products (500–100,000 cP). We configure the right mechanism based on your specific product during the enquiry stage.
What bottle sizes are supported?
Our machines accommodate containers from 5ml sachets up to 5L bottles and jars. For bottle filling lines, we typically support 50ml to 5L in glass or PET. Container changeover uses tool-free adjustable guides, typically taking under 30 minutes. Specific size ranges depend on the machine model — please share your bottle dimensions when requesting a quote.
How accurate is the filling system?
Our servo-driven systems achieve ±0.5% fill accuracy, validated over a minimum 300 consecutive fill cycles per head. We provide a statistical accuracy report with each machine — showing per-head deviation data, not just a single-point test result. This level of documentation is particularly useful for customers who need to demonstrate net content compliance to regulatory authorities.
Is the machine suitable for hot filling?
Yes. We offer machines with jacketed hoppers heating up to 95°C and heat-resistant contact seals for hot-fill condiment applications. This is commonly used for tomato sauce, fruit syrups, jams, and any condiment that is filled hot to achieve shelf stability without preservatives. Please specify your fill temperature when requesting a quote.
What production capacity can you provide?
Capacity ranges from 500 units/hour for semi-automatic bench-top machines up to 12,000+ bottles/hour for fully automatic rotary lines. For multi-lane sachet and pouch machines, output can reach 600+ sachets/minute. We engineer each machine to your target OEE — tell us your required throughput and we'll design around it.
Do you offer customized filling lines?
Yes — all of our machines are configured to your specific product and container requirements. For complete turnkey lines (filling + capping + labeling + coding + cartoning), we supply all equipment from one source with unified PLC control, matched conveyor speeds, and a single point of technical responsibility. Full line FAT is completed at our factory before shipment.
What materials are used in the machine?
All product-contact surfaces are AISI 316L stainless steel, mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4μm. Seals and gaskets are FDA-approved food-grade silicone or PTFE. Non-contact frame components are SUS304. We can provide material mill test certificates and FDA compliance declarations with each machine for food safety audits.
Is it easy to clean between product changes?
Yes. Our machines feature CIP (Clean-In-Place) compatible design with no dead legs or contamination pockets. Full cleaning cycles for product changeover typically take 15–20 minutes. For allergen-sensitive products, disassembly is tool-free for thorough manual inspection. All surfaces are electropolished for minimum product retention.
Do you provide installation and after-sales service?
Yes — on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training are standard with every machine. Remote video installation is also available for customers who prefer this option. After delivery: 12-month full warranty, 4-hour initial support response, spare parts supply guaranteed 10+ years. We have completed installations in 50+ countries.
