- Integrated with mechanical, electrical& pneumatic system, with PLC &touch screen to control, it can auto finish bottle linear infeed, auto cap unscrambling, manipulator servo cap grasping and capping, and auto bottle exiting, very stable & durable.
- With linear design and linear bottle in and out, plus photoelectrics to detect bottles, it can ensure accurate positioning and stable running; with inverter bottle speed controlling, easy to link to filling line.
- Adopting vibrating cap unscrambler to sort and convey caps to cap chute, the manipulator to pick and feed cap, servo capping head to do cap screwing, very economical, accurate, & stable.
- Adopting servo capping head, capping torque force and capping speed can be adjustable directly and easily via touch screen, no damage to bottles & caps, with great capping stability, easy to use & maintain.
- With linear bottle infeed outfeed & humanized design, it’s easy and quaick to change spares, or adjust machine for different bottles and plugs.
- Electrical & pneumatic parts adopting the world-famous brands, like Delta, Airtac & Schneider; it has the incomparable advantages of low failure rate, stable and durable
- Mainly made of top-quality stainless steel 304, conveying belt are SUS304, including frame & body, easy to wash, delicate& durable.
